Client Agreement
Effective Date: May 30, 2025
This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the client (“you” or “Client”) and Service in Chittagong (“we,” “our,” or “Company”). By requesting or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
We provide professional services within Chittagong as described on our website or agreed upon through direct communication. The details, timelines, and deliverables will be mutually agreed in writing, via email or confirmed quotation.
2. Service Requests and Confirmation
All service requests must be confirmed in writing (email or booking form). Once confirmed, the service details, pricing, and estimated completion time will be considered final unless both parties agree in writing to changes.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information necessary to perform the service.
- Ensure timely communication and response.
- Make agreed payments on time as per the invoice or booking.
- Allow access to relevant premises, platforms, or systems (if applicable).
4. Payments
Payments must be made as per the agreed terms—either in advance, upon completion, or according to milestone agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation charges or forfeiture of deposit if applicable.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or with mutual consent.
7. Liability
We are committed to delivering services professionally and diligently. However, we shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control or due to incorrect client-provided data or instructions.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in writing. If the service has already been partially completed, payment may still be required for the work done to date.
9. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve any issues amicably. In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first. If unresolved, the matter may be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
10. Acceptance
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Client Agreement. A digital or verbal confirmation of service shall be treated as acceptance of these terms.
